About Us

My life with olives, oils, medicine, healthy living nutrition and food has had many incarnations: I started with medicine at 16 years of age, at 17 I was an EMT in state of Alaska where I grew up. From 1985 to 2002 I spent my career in medical management and medical information technology. I started with Martinis 2005 as a contractor installing a hard drive for acquaintance. From that task I was invited back for administrative work, after 25 years of medical management and executive administration, I had  a plethora of knowledge and experience segue bookkeeping to AR, AP, HR, Claims, warehouse management and, of course, all print and media art collaterals.
Following my heart in 2004, before I had taken that initial contract position with Martinis; I had given up medical administration and bookkeeping to return to MULTIMEDIA school. My degree in American Culture with Rhet and Comm (specialty in mass popular culture) was long calling for my return to academia, but when/how? I was a single mother with the birth of Chase-Madison in 2001. I stubbornly believed my daughter should see me happy rather than just successful. I yearned to spend my career around her or with her. My desire: The two of us write multimedia books together. This desire was the dream which brought me back to school.Fate intervened. . . . Along with falling in love with the work, I fell for the family business, and became one of the family.

I absolutely found my niche love in network marketing, and my hobby as a foodie has grown. I took the years of media, internet, administration, medicine and combined them into Delphi Fruits, the e-distribution and Private label division of Martinis, female owned and operated division of Martinis Corps. Delphi Fruits developed its own line, Agape Martinis.  After redesigning and launching Martins Labels, Agape Martinis’ Line of Charitable Olives Oils and Balsamic Vinegar was released and that decision to donate the profits for the Relief of Haiti inspired my current slight shift in career and life calling.

Each movement to help someone else started another set of movements, until we were involved with assisting other efforts beyond our normal imports.  In the industry of olive oil there is much controversy of authenticity. Taking great pride in our imports, chemists, freshness and 18 years of sourcing and quality brand, it was decided to test as many EVOO in our local markets as we could and find out for ourselves what was real and what was not.  The results were astonishing, and at that moment a service to the consumer was born.  www.TestMyEvoo.com.  We offer the American public the service of testing their oils simply someone should.  It is a retail services and the consumer only need to send the bottle un-opened and we will test it and publish the results on our website, it is just that simple to know.  We offer testing in six months rounds January and July testing in 2010 and May and November for 2011 are scheduled testing months.  See our sitewww.testmyevoo.com to see our results and procedure.

While working with talented professionals like Nikki Shaw, who in turn set us up to look at the State of California Network for Healthy Change, I found the direction my marketing and access to food was going: Feeding and giving knowledge to those most in need.  The Eureka of the moment was frustratingly cooking at home with my own children. My nine year old and I actively started to look for healthy fun foods that kids like and we as a family could prepare. Food Chase was born, currently still in preproduction stage, Chase Madison Benoit will be filming in Harvest of 2011 the piolet for the series of Cooking KidsIt is my intent of Partnering with other Foundations to bring nutrition, healthy eating and habits to lives of children in America and worldwide is a difference that is now, and the impact of a healthy body and perspective of that body produces a healthy child enabled to actualize and to capture their future, impacts generations to come.

Partnering with Organic EVOO’s and branching to foods across the world, I hope to bring more natural and cultural foods to the line and developing worldwide imports of superior Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO), natural foods, and organic foods and pairing with charitable organizations for contributions to children causes globally.
